corrupt judges

This is my first blog so bear with me.My entire family was barred from Putnam County Indiana.Judge Robert Lowe did not like me from college.He and prosicuter Timothy Bookwalter worked together to get us out.We lived in a lake community at VanBibber Lake which is just north of Greencastle Indiana.My wife and I were married in 1985 and bought a home and land at VanBibber.When we moved into our new home we of course met people around the area.One of our new friends came to our home to help me do some painting.His profession was that of a housepainter.However he did not get along with the developer.William C VanBibber.Lake security came to our house and informed me that the painter had been barred from the lake and he would have to leave.I told him that I had hired the man to paint my house.He told me that the painter had to leave.I then told him that it was my home and I would have whomever I wanted there.I owned the home and paid the taxes.He then left and sent security to remove the painter.By that time we were done with the painting and the painter left.Then VanBibber sold the home nextdoor to a known drug dealer who had also been barred from the lake area.They came with the intention of running us out.Even told us and other people that very thing.Life became a living hell at that time.We were often awakened at 3 or 4 in the morning by someone looking for drugs from the neighbor.They had came to the wrong house.Then the neighbors got some of their friends to buy the home across the street.Then the phone calls started.Twenty four hours a day.Two or thre etimes an hour the phone would ring.We would answer it and no one would speak.After a couple of hundred of those we were terrified.But that wasn't all.Everytime we would walk down the street to get our mail we would be called names.Bastard and motherfucker were there favorites.And the displaying of firearms.I still have photos of them sitting on their pourch with revolvers in their laps.And they were always threatning to kill us.The telephone company was called and a complaint made.That had to go through the sherriffs dept.There were actually four different complaints made.Each time the telephone company put a trap and trace on our line.That recorded every telephone call that we recieved.Also every call we made.So we were under the knife also.The telephone company trapped and traced over three hundred harrassing or threatning telephone calls made to our telephone.The sheriff took the evidence to the court and judge Lowe every time threw out the evidence and dismissed the case.His reasoning was that the trap only proved whose telephone the calls were made from and not who actually made the calls.Only thing was that the telephone was in the name of the son of the drug dealers friends son.The drug dealer and her friend both admitted making the calls to keep the son out of trouble.But it was not their phone.The fourth hearing was 8/25/1997.On that date judge Lowe ruled that since we could not stop the nuts from calling us we should be barred from the county.At that time he issued an order that myself and the rest of my family were barred from Putnam County.We returned to VanBibber for Thanksgiving dinner.Our dinner was interupted by a putnam County sheriffs deputy.We were orderd to get up and leave or face arrest.Now mind you we still owned the home at VanBibber.We were the owners of record at the courthouse.The bookeeper who was a close friend of the squatter that judge Lowe had given our home to had listed the squatter as the owner.Gee I wonder why she is in prison now?It was not over this deal but instead for some of the other crimes she committed while she was bookeeper for VanBibber Lake.Then I forgot about the child molester.George O York lived nextdoor to us too.Judge Lowe used him as a witness against us.He was a renter.There were always alot of kids hung around his home.Fineally we found out why.He was convicted of child molest by a jury.Judge Lowe released him from the court on probation.He was allowed to return home to VanBibber.Even though there are many children at VanBibber Lake.The child he molested for which he was convicted and his family.Also home and land owners had to move.Still having children at his home I called mr Yorks probation officer.She told me that what Mr York did was none of my business.However I and a few other people stayed on it.But the real thing hit when a father at the lake learned that his son had been molested by mr york.He was arrested again and convicted again.He was sent to the diagonistic center at Plainfield to be evaluated before being sent to prison.Thats where the story ends.He is not at the diagnostic center.He is not on the child molester registry where he was to remain for life.Where did he go?We have moved on,bought a new home in another city and have not had the first problem since being barred from Putnam County.The voters removed Judge Lowe from the bench.So Putnam County made him special judge.Thats appointed not elected.Both Judge Lowe and the probation officer were just awarded for outstanding service.Ain't life a bitch?I attest to the truthfulness of this post.Anyone who wants to
